Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or for orders above a specified order value, as announced on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS.

  • A tracking number and courier details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery
