1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong item.

The product is incomplete or has missing parts.
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), invoices, and accessories must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, religious, and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered:

Customized or personalized products

Digital products or downloadable content

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your Order ID.

Provide clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Submit any requested photos or videos.

Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team.

After the returned product passes inspection, the refund or replacement process will begin.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable payment method after the required details are verified.
6. Replacement Policy
If your product qualifies for a replacement:

A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.
8. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ShreeNamo will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns requested for reasons other than our error (where applicable), return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

Return request made after the allowed return period.

Product returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

Missing original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories.

Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence after delivery.
